Getting involved

Volunteering

Cutteslowe Community Association provides many opportunities for volunteers. We are always looking for people who have skills and some time to contribute to their local community. It could be as little as an hour a week volunteering in a club with children or young people or doing some digging on our community allotment. If you have more time to spare you might consider joining the Management Committee. We are particularly looking for someone to help us with small repairs and maintenance of the building at the moment.

For further information contact Anna Thornhill.

Volunteering opportunities include:
  • Youth work
  • Art and Dance Clubs
  • Publicity/Newsletter
  • Community Allotment

Management Committee

CCA is keen to recruit new members to the Management Committee. The committee meets once every six weeks and decides policy and overall management of the organization. There are sub-groups which have responsibility for various issues such as building maintenance and fundraising.
We are currently looking for people with skills in the following areas:
  • Fundraising
  • Building Maintenance
  • Marketing/Publicity
  • PR
  • Community Development
